Dear all,

Reading & Listening
If you haven't already, you need to pick up the second part of copies from the Newcomer from Hisar Copy and finish the remaining stories.

Here is the link for Zoe Skoulding's sound poems, please have a listen and then we'll talk about how she puts the words and sounds together and what effects can be created through the means she works.

Here is chapter 16 from the book Wanderlust by Rebecca Solnit. This may be useful in interpreting the relationship between writing and walking in connection with other forms of art.

Writing
So as a reminder your writing assignment is to edit your walk lists as directions one may follow. For this a useful trick is to do your editing vocally and even gesticulate while reading as if you are talking/giving direction to someone and see how your list may be rewritten and how it may transform.
